No forms to fill in before you know the basics. These are the terms we can confirm before you ask — anything project-specific is settled in the quotation.
Commercial Terms
What Applies to Stock and Custom Orders

Payment and trade terms are agreed per order because they depend on the destination, the shipping method and the size of the project. They are always written into the proforma invoice before any deposit is paid.

Enquiry
Model or reference, quantity, colours, market and target date.
Quotation
Ready-to-ship stock ships from low minimums — 1–2 pcs depending on the model, and mixed batches are accepted. Adding your logo to a stock colourway starts at 50 pcs per colour. An ODM colour outside the stock range starts at 300 pcs per colour, with up to two colours per order. Custom production runs around 40 days after artwork and sample approval.
Sample
Stock sample in 3–5 days, or a custom sample produced to your specification.
Production
Around 40 days for custom orders after artwork and sample approval.
Inspection & Shipment
Pre-shipment inspection, packing confirmation, documents and shipping.

What to Put in Your Enquiry
- Model code or a reference image
- Quantity (per colour if you plan more than one)
- Frame, lens and nose-pad colours — Pantone codes if you have them
- Lens function requirements (polarized, mirror, category, UV)
- Logo files (AI, PDF or EPS) and where the logo goes
- Packaging direction: case, pouch, cloth, hangtag, retail box
- Destination market and delivery address or port
- Target delivery date and any compliance documents your customer requires

- Specification confirmed in writing before production starts
- Sample approval before the bulk run
- In-house inspection before packing, with pre-shipment photos on request
- Third-party inspection welcome (SGS, BV, TÜV) at buyer’s cost
- Packing list, packing configuration and carton marks confirmed before shipment
