Rx Sports Frames

Frames designed so a single SKU serves both your plano and your prescription customers. The protective lens is designed to come out; a prescription lens goes in.

That matters commercially: instead of stocking two versions of a frame, you stock one.

1. The swap is the feature. Most sports frames serve one customer type. This one covers both, which reduces the SKU count you need to carry to cover a market.

2. 19.2 g is the headline number. It is one of the lightest RX-capable sports frames in the range — relevant because prescription lenses add weight, and the frame has to carry it comfortably.

3. Symmetric sizing. Lens width 58 mm, inner lens width 55.3 mm, bridge 18.8 mm. Confirm these against your target market’s typical fit before ordering.

4. Two insert approaches exist in our range. K502-06 uses a lens-swap design; KC06-13A and KC07-15K use a separate RX insert. They suit different prescription profiles — ask us which fits your market.

Is this frame sold with or without lenses?

It ships with the AC protective lens. The customer’s optician then fits the prescription lens. Confirm the lens format with your market’s labs before you commit to volume.

How does this differ from your RX-insert shields?

K502-06 swaps the main lens. KC06-13A and KC07-15K hold a separate insert behind the shield. The insert approach keeps the sunglasses lens intact — better for strong prescriptions and for customers who want to keep using the original tint.

Can I order it as a complete prescription product?

We supply the frame and the plano lens. Prescription lens fitting is done locally by an optician, which is also how your market’s regulations usually require it.
